Who operates this site

This site is operated by Groupe Écorécréo (which operates the Écorécréo, Aquazilla, Îlots76 and Patin Patin brands) and Voiles en Voiles, 350, rue St-Paul Est, bureau 300, Montréal (Québec) H2Y 1H2. It is used to fill out risk acceptance forms, rental waivers and satisfaction surveys for our activities.

Purpose of the site

The forms you sign here are real legal documents: the exact text you accept is the one shown on the form at the time of signing, and it is kept with your signature. These terms of use govern the use of the WEBSITE itself; they do not replace nor modify the terms of any waiver you sign.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, to sign only for yourself or for persons for whom you hold the required authority (for example your minor child, or a group for which you are responsible), and not to attempt to disrupt the site, probe its security or access data that is not yours. Abusive or automated submissions may be blocked.

Availability and warranty

We strive to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or modify the site at any time, in particular for maintenance. If the site is unavailable, our staff on location can assist you.
