The lessee is aware that he intends to practice an activity which involves risks that may cause a material loss or injuries. The lessee accepts the nature of these risks as part of the activity, and the consequences that may result.
The user agrees to conduct himself at all times in a responsible and safe manner in order to reduce the risks of injury for him and for others.
The lessee agrees take responsibility for the cost of repairing or replacing the borrowed equipment in the event of damage or loss as well as any damages done to other people or property as a result of his actions.
By renting the equipment, the lessee acknowledges and agrees to assume all risks associated with the use of the Equipment and to release Patin Patin, Écorécréo and its agents from any and all liability, losses, damages, judgments, claims or proceedings of any kind and any type, whether or not the fault is a result of the negligence of Patin Patin or Écorécréo.
By signing, I acknowledge that I have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions set forth in the current liability waiver for myself and the people that will take part in the activity with myself.
